The ISVTEC – 2025 conference aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to explore cutting-edge innovations in the intersection of intelligent systems and vision technologies for enhancing eye care solutions. With the theme “Technology in Eyecare”, the conference will serve as a platform for presenting novel research, sharing clinical insights, and discussing the latest advancements in areas such as Computer Vision, Medical Imaging, AI in Ophthalmology, Smart Devices, Assistive Technologies, Tele-Ophthalmology, and Real-Time Vision Systems. The event will feature keynote sessions by leading experts, technical paper presentations, and interactive workshops.

Date of conference: 24-25 October, 2025

ISVTEC-2025 solicits abstracts and manuscripts from researchers, academicians and professionals throughout the globe for presentation in the technical sessions of the conference. The keynote speakers are the eminent people from industry, academia and research institutes. The paper selection will follow a single-blind review process, meaning that both the authors and reviewers will remain anonymous during the paper selection process.

  • For each accepted abstract/paper, it is mandatory for at least one author to REGISTER and PRESENT the abstract/paper.
  • The registration fee is applicable for attending the conference, whether presenting or not.
  • One author can present only one paper. For more than 1 paper, the presenting author has to be different and register for the conference.   
  • All papers submitted will be processed for publication in the conference proceedings at no additional charge, subject to approval of the paper from the Program Committee.
Participants have an opportunity to register in any two of the following workshops. It is purely optional.

Workshop 1 – Virtual reality based diagnostic and therapeutic devices

Workshop 2 – Matlab -Using Matlab for taking measurements from biological tissues.

Workshop 3 – The working of portable OCTs and AI-based OCT diagnosis.
